That's a terrible (and not rude) joke. Are you 3 yrs old?
If she's deaf, she still would have SEEN everybody in the church look round - and how would she hear the husband say anything?
Sorry - it wasn't funny at all and wasn't well thought through.

"I just did a SILENT fart'' (Because she's deaf, she can't hear it
And the husband says,
'Oh no you didn't' because he and everyone else in the church heard it apart from her......
