I'm in a long distant relationship, and I'm going to see him next weekend. However I tried calling him late a couple of days ago, it's the first time ever he didn't answer, so I assumed he may have been sleeping, but he hasn't called me back? I've played it cool, haven't bothered calling again. What do you think I should do now? and if he does call, what shall I say?

Depends somewhat on how long you have been going out together, how close your relationship is, how dependable he has been etc. Dont automatically assume he is cheating on you, give him the benefit of the doubt if this is the first time he hasnt been at the other end of the phone for you. Try ringing him again and leave a lighthearted message (if its heavy he certainly wont ring back). You are doing right at the moment though by not hassling him too much. I think you gonna have to play the waiting game hun. Good luck

Call again- he may have simply forgotten to call back or not seen the missed call. If he then doesnt answer and doesnt call back or is weird, then I suggest he has something on his mind that maybe he wants to talk about but doesnt know how or a guilty conscience. If this is the case, maybe email or leave a message saying that you would really like to talk to him and if there is anything bothering him you would really like to hear about it. Be open and honest, try not to play games, and take things from there! x

What should you say? Don’t play it cool. Eat the guy alive! Shout at him! Blow the lid (I don’t know if that’s English).How does he expect you to be feeling? We are talking about a long distant relationship! He should know better. It hurts like hell if you don’t get calls from a spouse you stay with. What more if it’s a long one? What keeps long distant relationships are calls dear. Daily regular calls....

You may be, he might be really busy. Call him one more time and see what happens If he does not answer or call back today I wouldn't drive out to see him. Good Luck hope he's just been busy.

Either busy, not able to get to a phone, or somethin like that. Try calling again, it doesn't hurt to be persistant in a long distance relationship.

Relax, dont get spastic or obssessive here. When he calls, just talk to him. Be cool about it. Everyone needs a break every once in a while.

Don't worry if youre going to see him this weekend then just asking him why he didn't call politely. my boyfriend didn't call for a week straight before and we're still fine.

I think you should leave him be... If he wanted you he would have called you back! Something i know from experience is... Long sistance relationships dont work!!!!! Good Luck with whatever you decide to do x

Call him again. Only he knows why he hasn't returned your call, may be ill, lost phone number or any number of things. ASK!!
