No its not!!!! Because cheese is suppose to be high in calcium along with milk. ANd eat more cheese and drink more milk to have healthy bones for now and the future.
I do both and I'm 48 yrs. old and I get a bone density test done every year, and so far my doc says that its off the chart on the good side. And she told me to keep up what I'm doing. And I told her that I drink a lot of milk and eat bunches of cheese and she says to keep doing it.
So eat cheese and drink milk! Its good for ya!!!

Hi fat cheese have more cholestrol, so yes, it's not so good for a person with cholestrol issues. The things that are high in cholestrol are; eggs, liver, lamb, shrimp and other shellfish, etc. (animal products)

It has a lot of saturated fat, Don't see how it could not be. But some people have high cholestrol and diet has nothing to do with it so I'm not sure.
