for your weight and height you have a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 17.9 which already qualifies you as very underweight. depending on your amount of muscle and fat, as well as how your body is proportioned, 128 could look very different on two people of the same height.
i think that is too much though. maybe if you just lift some weights, and become more toned, you will be just as happy at the same weight!
good luck

I think it is a little weird. You should stop obsessing about the weight, and think about your health. Do you feel fat, or do you feel flabby? If you feel flabby, then there are many exercises you can do to tone yourself up.
More importantly, you should ask yourself if you feel strong. Do you feel like you have lots of energy? Do you feel like you can lift heavy things and do stuff yourself? If not, you should look into an excellent nutritional program, and also a good exercise program. What good is being 10 or 15 pounds lighter if you can't enjoy your body and what it can do for you?
Talk to a counsellor or a doctor if you keep wondering. They can see you in person, and judge better if you need to lose weight, exercise more or get stronger. Good luck!

I wouldnt say it's weird that you want to loose weight, anyone who feels fat wants to loose weight no matter how big or small they are. Instead of concentrating on loosing weight, try exercise. Maybe you will feel you are doing something to fix that "fat" feeling.

If you feel fat ... there is nothing weird that u want to loose like 10-15 pounds ... if you feel that you have more fats then muscles in your body ... do excersise ... eat more of salads & fruits ... lower fat intakes like milk, ghee and also sugar.

muscl weighs more then fat so if you work out alot and according to your height your weight is good...dont look at what the scales tell you...its just a number which does not reflect on your health or body shape...as for feeling fat, alot of people do, just wear clothes that flatter your body shape and height...dont look at the poeple around you who might be slimmer...it might be that they are alot more unhealthy then you :)

Sounds like a good weight for five eleven... but if you insist then lose no more than five. Ten to fifteen would make you look too skinny really. You are fine girl!!
