Such as half of the question. Some other annoying examples are: "Help" or "I have a question". The only exception to this would be if they have a story to tell. If that was the case, you should give a hint as to what it will be about.

But many people, me included, are too curious to leave it alone we have to see what its about, and once your in there its easier to answer, so its a kind of ploy to get more answers.
