Well, there are many sites and soft-wares for self-learning Hebrew.
Rossetta Stone is very recommended (http://www.rosettastone.com/en/individuals/languages/hebrew)

Hebrew has only one spoken dialect, and its "other" dialects (that are extinct: Classic Hebrew, Medieval Hebrew, Ancient Hebrew...) are not really different from the Modern one, only stylistically.

Anyway, good luck, and if you have any questions regarding the subject you are welcome to contact me via my profile.

If you really care about the cost then you should
hit your library and find one and if you like it ,
make a copy and save your money.
YOU GOT IT ?
