personal experience, I drank too much protein shake when I was body building, I took in over 100g per day, I only needed less then 50g per day
got sick, can't workout, too much nitrogen in my blood, can't get out of bed, almost died, shoulda died, it would be cool at my funeal, people get to make fun of me, it'll be a good time, like a party, because i'll be the first person to die from protein overdose
anyways, dont' over do it, and you'll be fine, if you have to drink protein shake
