Sweating is the amount of fluid your body is losing in cooling itself. Average heart rate is a better measurement of fat burning.

You sweat so much because you are not in shape and just started. If you keep up with this your cardiac output will be less and less as your heart becomes more efficient and you will sweat less and less but only IF you keep up with it. I don't know what the other forms of exercise are or how long you've been doing them but treadmills are usually indoors and people often wear sweats which could result in more sweating. Treadmills really get your heart a pounding and your pores a pumping even in tuned athletes. Good Luck.

No. Sweating is one of the body's cooling mechanisms.

If anything it is indicative of water being lost.

No, but it feels good and can be a motivator. Just means you are loosing fluids and need to drink. But if in your mind you imagine fat melting, it can encourage you to do it a couple times a week and get healthy. And that's the point.

No, it's not your fat being rendered off or melting. It is somewhat indicative of the amount of work being done and the amount of calories being burnt, by cooling your body
