Body language! Used by people of all races, religions and countries. Body language is the only language which people who do not speak the same language could communicate with! Yeah, it's great! :)

Sometimes foreign language kinda sounds like it's directed to a specific race/religion,etc....World language means everyone with different languages.

There is no best language, because other than opinion (as is the case for so many things in this world) there is no empirical method for deducing a best one.
That said I would surmise the top four would be English, French, Chinese, and Latin.
English: It is arguably the most flexible of all modern languages in that it is an amalgam of many languages and has built in flexibility. No other language has the built in trait to simply appropriate words a phrases directly from other languages without the need to in some way translate those words in an English format. That said its down side is that it is one of the most difficult to learn.
French: For sheer beauty of expression French probably wins. French has a lyric quality that is simply a joy to listen to or speak. Listening to French is like listening to music.
Chinese: In terms of numbers it is either the most or second most spoken language in the world (along side English). When over a billion people use a language every day it has to make it to the top three of anyone's list.
Latin: Although a "dead" language it is the mother tongue of most of the western world. Italian, French, Spanish, and English all stem from Latin. Making it historically the most influential of all spoken tongues past or present.

our own mother tonge is the best for everyone. In India alone more than 200 languages are spoken. The best language is keeping sailance

Well........there are different kinds of languages......
1...... spoken lang........the best is: each of us mother tongue.
2......Body lang.......the best is Mimics
3.....for deaf pple....the best are signs
4... for music lovers.........a good concert.
Thank God , pple can communicate in different "languages" in the world, not only talking.
And all that "languages" can be understood for almost every the persons around the world also

Using music to communicate can bring hearts of different races together,even they do not know how to speak the common language.

math and music are universal.
however, it is important to note that the most spoken languages are hindi, chinese (mandarin), and english. i don't know if the number of people speaking them make them the best, but they are incredibly useful.
