or be really good at pretending to be sick.

i guess it's not really a good idea, but is it possible to get sick overnight and have a fever or something the next day?

Cut an onion in to two halves and put one piece each in your arm pits, for an hour or two then see your temperature rise. This doesn't have to do any thing with the heat regulation of ur body. so keep calm once you remove them the temperature will fall back to normal on its own.

Well, you mostly get sick when germs and viruses get into your blood stream and prove kinda strong for your body defense (white blood cells) and so you get sick.

people get sick if there is missing of a vitamine in thier body, for example, if there isn't enought of vitamine C in your body, you can have flu so easy that you can't imagine, so all i can tell you... if you eat well, you will never get illness
