I testify that on 26 February in the year 1911 in this church SAINT MARY OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION WITH SAINT ANDREW, HITCHIN, (HERTS)

Henry Maylin, the son of William Albert Maylin and Alice Page, née, baptised on the -- day of the --- month of the year --- in the --- church entered into a valid and binding marriage in this church with Margaret Hibbits, the DAUGHTER OF James Hibbits and Elizabeth Neil (née)

Well, for a start I think the first line should be 'ex', not 'et' = "Extract/Entry from the Marriage Register('Book')".
"Faithful/Made in Faith Marriage Contract"
"This certifies that on the 26th of Feb, 1911, in the Church of St Mary Immaculate and St Andrew, Hitchin, Herts,
Henry Maylin, Son of William Albert Maylin and Alicia Page ("Olim" = not known by me, but presumably means "Maiden Name") legally and validly entered into marriage with Margarita Hibbits, Daughter of Jacob (could be in English James or Jack) Hibbits and Elizabeth Neil ("Olim").
