Actually, I think you meant to write something a little more like this: "He decidido que a partir del primer dia de febrero daré de baja el servicio de Internet. En total a dicha fecha se me debería por cada persona la cantidad de 67.87. Para lo que quieras me tienes a tu disposición. Habla con María, quiere poner Internet con otro proveedor"
And that would translate like this:
"I have decided that beginning on the first day of February, I will cancel the Internet service. To that date, each person will owe me 67.87. I am at your disposition if you need me. Talk to Maria, she wants to get Internet with a different provider."

I'm not that familiar with this "chat" style of Spanish, anyway, the text means:
