If several other places have the right to fund Nuclear programs, then why shouldn't they? Is this the 'Christian-conservatives dictate to the world' time again or what? If America is so powerful like many of you people claim, then why the heck are you worrying what they want to do with their nuclear funding if you could just wipe them out anyway? You don't make a bit of sense. And if they do want it for peaceful and beneficial reasons, then you're all the sorry SOBS that you usually make yourselves look like.

I think Iran wants to get nukes. I don't think they necessarily want them so that they can nuke another country, but so that other countries won't dare to attack them (although their current President would certainly be nuts enough to do that, but I think other high-ranking Iranian officials are smarter than that).

In a way I can understand why Iran would want nukes. Israel and the U.S. both have them and both those countries hate Iran and have been known to attack countries they dislike or perceive as an enemy. The U.S. army is present and very active in two of Iran's neighbouring countries. Why would the Iranians not fear that they are next?

I'm not saying that Iran should get to do what they want in these matters, I'm just saying I can see it from their side too. Frankly I wish no country had nuclear weapons at all.

Nuclear power makes the most sense for countries that have otherwise limited resources (when asked why they rely so heavily on nuclear power the French say, "We have no coal. We have no oil. We have no choice."). Iran, on the other hand, is sitting on the world's largest natural gas reserves. It is not conceivable that they could generate their electricity more economically with nuclear power. Any pretense that they are developing nuclear power for peaceful purposes is a transparent facade.

There's not a nation on Earth that thinks Iran has peaceful intentions with it's nuclear plans. The Iranian President is a madman that wants to fullfill prophecy by bringing an end to the world.

Boy is that Rose girl off base !!! wow !!!

We don't use the nukes, sweetie, 'cause using them would bring down a bunch of them from china and russia. OK ???

Having nukes is like living by the sword. if you live by it, you will die by it. does your pretty brain comprehend that??

What Iran doesn't understand yet is that if THEY get the sword and use just ONE NUKE.... they will be completely wiped out.

India realized it after they got the bomb. Pakistan also came to realize it. It's a weapon that you CAN'T use !!!

now go get your nails done.....
