Which masala?

There are different ones for meats, fish vegetables.Masala is a term used in Indian cuisine to describe a mixture of many spicesand herbs. You have to be more specific.There is Masala for chai ,garam masala, tandoori masala, kashmiri masala, ....... the list goes on and on.
