'Belgium language'? Firstly, I think you mean 'BELGIAN language'. Secondly, the Belgians do not have their own language; three languages are officially spoken in Belgium - French, German and Dutch. French is spoken in the south and in bilingual Brussels; Dutch is spoken in the north and bilingual Brussels; German is spoken in eastern Belgium.

On the whole these word don't mean anything in English as they are Flemish/Vlams words. However they might be considered similar/ish to some English phrases.

tussenpot = toss pot [an onanist]
pot = pot
achter = [nothing]
spank = spank
montagekit = a kit for making montages with?
handwerk = handwork [could be a euphemism for onanaism]

They are all technical words,

montagekit = assembly set/kit
handwerk = made by hand, handwork
spanklem = a clamp used for stretching or tightening
achterpot and tussenpot = no idea

achter = back (of something)
tussen = in between (of something)

I think saehli is right and this is about a like or car exhaust system. tussenpot would most likely be muffler, and achterpot resonator.
