If went out 3/7 nights a week and drank around 4 pints that night

(of lager or guiness)

then would that give bad long term effects?

I don't do much excersize but i'm planning on... what are your views?

In my opinion, if you do this for a few years in your 20's no biggie. If you do it for 25 years, thats a problem. You will become fat and red, and possibly get into the habit of using alcohol to ignore problems or keep you company. Have fun, but make sure its not getting out of control.

Depends on your body chemistry for starters. Also family history it a good sign. Longterm effects of heavy drinking are uncontrolled weight loss. Your skin smelling of alcohol. Loss of memory. What were we talking about again??

all ways drinking is harm and it makes our kidneys to work for long time and if dinking is continued then person becomes unconcious&results in kidney failier,if drinking is in larg quantity then it damages our liver.Because alcohol is medically an intoxicant.

ok not too much i drink 5bottels a day ........................just don't when driving VERY DANGROUS!!
