I was in the city the other day at a bus stop. There were at least 6 bins with a 5 metre distance between each one. Yet there was still litter everywhere, and the bins were pretty much empty. Why do people do this? It's not like it would have taken much to just drop the litter in one of those bins!

Compared to Sydney, Brisbane is a clean city. So people shouldn't take it for granted! Laziness is an excuse yes, but not a good enough excuse! Am I right?
