Supposedly you can lose weight very rapidly with the Maple Syrup Diet. any diet that makes you loose weight fast only kills your metabolism later and by the time its back in ballance you'd gain 20 more pounds than your starting weight. Do yourself a favor and get some BCAA's (branched chained amino acids) they'll help when your starving yourself to prevent muscluar catabolism... the breaking down of muscle fibers for energy instead of ingested calories. Drink lots of water cuz when your stomach shrinks it can be painfull too.
