I'm a nurse, and that would be my recommendation - when I was at work on Wednesday, I helped with everything from giving chemotherapy, managing pain, placing a tube into a stomach, and bedside surgery - putting an IV into a central vein for plasmapheresis - where a patient has all their blood sucked out of their body by a machine, and then the plasma gets filtered out and replaced. There are a whole world of options out there, from birth to death, courts of law, working over the phone, and everything in between. It's one of the most diverse, interesting, and (for me, anyway) satisfying fields there are. Nurses have been voted the most trusted professionals in a national survey for the last seven years running, except in 2001 when firefighters were. :)

Theatre technician or theatre director.
You design and set up lighting and sound for performances, and run the stage during shows. If your school has a theatre, I'm sure that there is a tech department that you can talk to.
I was a "techie" in high school, and it was the most fun I've ever had.
