I want to live in Malaysia but first I need to learn bahasa. Malaysia is a good country to live and rise a family. There is law and order, go to USA and you will be surprise. Canada you will repent forever.

I;m not sure.
but u can apply for PR or any other citizen with other country.
if u suceded on let say canada citizen your malaysian citizen will automaticly void/ cancell due to malaysia dont allow
a person to have 2 citizonship.

No country or law is against free will of a normal person to settle and change the citizenship as long as the other country is willing to offer it.

i think you can't change but you can apply to be another citizen...

like Shaun Maloney (Scotland soccer player)...

you can live in two country with special treat i say...

p/s: to laura.. you don't have to learn bahasa to live in Malaysia..
80% of Malaysian can speak English.. although not fluent but
you can understand it...
