The rates are 0-7999 gives 40%, 8000 - 11999 gives 45%, 12000 - 16000 gives 50% and 16000+ gives 55%. I was trying to use a multiple IF statement but getting bogged down. Any sensible help would be appreciated

The following would appear to be what you are after:-
=If(C5< 8000,"40%",If(C5<12000,"45%",
If (C5<16000,"50%","55%")))

The salary goes in cell C5 and above formula in cell D5.

I have tested it by inserting salaries. Hope it works for you.

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/0M425

A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

The formula you need is this:

IF(A1<=7999,40%, IF(A1<=11999,45%, IF(A1<=16000,50%,55%)))

Where A1 is the cell where the number is!

Trust this helps
