Jesus will judge you based on whether (not weather) or not you have a PERSONAL relationship with Him.
Do you read the Bible? John 1:1 tells us that Jesus Christ is the Word made flesh, thus when you are holding the Bible you are holding Jesus. How much time do you spend with Him? How well do you know Him?
If you were put on trial today for being a Christian, would there be enough evidence to convict you?
Should you get baptized? Yes, you should, because the Bible says you should. It is public profession of faith and devotion to the Lord. But again, it's a "should."
Should you go to church? Yes, the Bible says, do not forsake the gathering of yourselves together. Fellowship can help guide you in your walk and keep you to the straight and narrow. It is a should.

Yes, you will be judged, and so will I. You have to remember though, that Christianity involves a relationship of the heart, not works that you think will get you into heaven. Going to church should be something that you want to do, not something you feel you have to do. In church you can gain an education about the Bible, receive instruction in doctrine that will make you spiritually stronger, it will allow you to participate worship of him and in the sacraments that God has ordained. You aren't going there to be entertained, but rather to worship the one who has given you your salvation.

You dont need Church to love God. Church is a learning tool to help when needed. God is within each and everyone of us. I dont always go to Church yet I talk to God everyday. He and I are Homies. But when I feel I need a little help with an issue I seek help from a professional. Priests and Pastors spend their whole lives studying God's teachings so they pretty much know their stuff.
Bottomline...You dont need Church but it helps.

I dont know about going to church, but i believe that you need to prove that you believe in God through your actions in this life not only from what you say. Any one can say they believe but you have to mean it your everyday actions should reflect your beliefs.
I am not a Christian, but i believe that your actions and behaviour in this life should be a relflection of your beliefs and expectations in the next life.

all baptisms and other things in the church does no matter if your faith alone in Christ is strong. But , if you have no faith in Christ than you will not be a part of his mansion that he has created for you to have eternal life. For there is many mansion in the house of god.
Different degrees of glory in heaven.

My best advice if you are sincere, is to get on your knees with a sincere heart and pray for God's plan for your life.
