Is 400kd enough to live and work in kuwait?

I'll be working in a retail company in kuwait and i was offered a 400kd salary. Do you think its enough?

You will be earning a "TCN's wages" <3rd country national>

150 KD is an minimum expected rent (for a dirt cheap apartment)
500 KD will get you a 1-2 bedroom

150 KD per month is Vehicle rental
450 KD per month Meals < 5Kd per meal; 15 KD per day>

so lets sum up; Room, board, and wheels
750 - 1000 KD per month

I remember watching this whole thing on Saudis... In Saudi Arabia they have no such thing as generic brands... I am sure it works within' the same boundaries in Kuwait. When you work with pure oil brands the only thing people care about is the cheaper outcome (in America). We're a great state of trade, and we will continue this exploration till the end!
