I just asked the guy out that i like and he said "can do". I asked if he wanted to go to the cinema on Sunday and he said "could do". What does this mean? Is this a yes?

What do you mean "Is this a yes?".
Did you just walk away after he said this?
Didn't you have any follow up questions like what movie you might want to see? What time? Will he pick you up or you him?
I'm pretty sure any answers to those would clue you in either way.

It means yes. But if he said I could do that but I don't want to. Then that's a no. :) Or if he said "no can do" that means no! Why didn't you ask him what he meant?
