Personally, if they're of the medium-hard variety I like to flick them against walls or against the back seats of taxis. If snotty I'll often rub them into my hands until they magically disappear.

Well, if I can't find some where sensible to dispose of them (i.e. a tissue or a bin) I commit the ultimate grossness and gobble then up for breakfast - yummy!

Personally, if I cant find something to blow my snot on, I roll it into a ball and flick it out into the garden. It is organic - after all!
