You have two problems.
1. The animals can smell the urine and the older dogs may be trying to cover the smell of the pup, or each other. You can try to use all the sprays you want, but dogs noses can smell past sprays. Even if you spray directly on the carpet, the urine is in the padding.

2. Even if you are able to remove the odor from your carpets, the animals have developed a habit of urinating inside the house and will probably urinate again.

My Opinion on Solutions:

1. To get rid of the urine smell in the carpet. You gotta trust me on this one. I have been cleaning carpets for over 20 years. None of the products that you see on TV or in the store are going to help you at this point. The best way to try to save your carpet is to have it pulled up in the areas that are damaged and remove and replace the pad. If the sub-floor is stained, make sure and paint a sealant over the stain to seal the smell. A great product for this would be KILZ. You then need to rinse out the urine stains on the back of the carpet and then treat with a live micro-organism enzyme product. Natures Miracle is good, but I would suggest contacting a distributor of carpet cleaning supplies and get an industrial product. After the backing of the carpet has had a time to dry, re-install the carpet and clean the surface. Apply a spray layer of enzymes to the surface. Because of the way the enzymes work, you will need to wait 6-14 days for the enzymes to be fully effective, and remember, the smell may get worse before it gets better. One thing to consider is that this may not be effective if the concentration of the urine is so much, that the enzymes will never be able to complete their job, and replacement of the carpet and pad is the only answer.
None of this is worth it unless you solve problem #2.

2. The animals need to develop the habit of urinating outside. They need to be put out often and for a length of time that allows for them to be retrained. Once they develop a habit of going outside, you will be able to just let them out for a few minutes and they will be done. Make sure do not leave the animals in the house while you are gone unless you can kennel your dogs. If you do not do this, you might as well surrender to the urine. If you are not home to catch them and retrain, you can not expect them to change. A big mistake many people make is that when a dog goes by the door, looks at the owner and pee's, the owner will let the dog outside. This traines the dog to think that if he potties by the door, he can go outside and play.

Good Luck to you and your dogs, they are Man's best friend!

Most dogs will if they are not crate trained as they want go in their crate. ///////TO TRAIN A PUPPY keep him crated then take directly out to the same spot each time take back in house .He will be ok for an hour or so .A dog this age should resist for at least 8 to 10 hrs before going out. You say they have been doing their buisness inside . IF YOU DONT REMOVE Odor from the floor [ Completely } You will be fighting a loosing battle. Have a professional Rug and floor Co do it as they have the necessary equipment and deodorizes.Explain your problem before cleaning.

I had Maltese terriors and spoilt them rotten and they had exactly the same problem. I began to think that it was out of spite and they were punishing me for leaving them by themselves. Eventually though, I taught them to go on newspaper laid out on the floor, so whenever I left the house, I put newspaper in the laundry and they peed on that instead of on the floor. It took me a while to train them into it, but it worked.

first neuter them. because any other training you do from here on you will have to wonder if it would work better if they were neutered? you can get crates and crate train them, but until you neuter them they can and will still mark their spots. not to mention i understand you love them very much, so why not make them healthier by having them neutered? this will help extend their lives by not taking the chance of them having testicular and prostate cancers. anal tumors. plus the risk you will have that one or all of them will get away from you and chase after a female in heat that they can smell up to miles. and risk getting hit by a car or in a deadly dog fight. continue to take such wonderful care of them. have them neutered and see where that gets you, then you can move onto other training methods. good luck.

Try teaching them a lesson to urinate at the potty area
