Some good opinions here please.?

Question

A guy i like since 4 years ago, at one period of time kept coming and talking to me. in class he always pushed his chair right next to me although it was out of place and the teacher often scolded him..upon asking,he said he wanted to be close to me and said he liked me. But i said he must be joking cos i was too elated and didn't know how to respond. before we could say anything else, my friend came and asked me something so he smiled and walked away..
we had our share of laughter and a year ago we quarelled badly. (after he told me he liked me) (no 3rd party, just a bad arguement) for a year, it had been kinda awkward talking normally to him..soon after the quarrel, he began mixing with some flirtatious girl who always hung out with him..i could not approach him and could only watch him change slowly. but in a year, they separated and now he is my good friend again. but til now, though i stil like him, he seems to like someone else. Should i tell him my true feelings?

Hey! what are you waiting for? Go now and express your true feelings. You know if you keep it inside, it will eat you up. Moreover, how will he know unless you tell him. No guess work here please.

Don't think too much of what happened and how did it happen. Just go and tell in clear words that you like him. If you feel shy, count till 10 and say. Go have some adventure, take it as a game to talk to him. Be prepared to take his NO gracefully. I think you will succeed.
