I want to take my 9 year old son to EuroDisney, which hotels do people recommend for a boy this age?

Also do they have firework displays all year round?

We stay in the Holiday Inn. They have a decent swimming pool and rooms are great. A family room has a double bed and bunk beds or a single bed with a curtain that the child can pull around and watch their own TV. Also has some game machines in the foyer. The breakfasts good, normal scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, cereal . A shuttle bus comes to the front the hotel and drops you off where the parks are only about 5-10mins trip because it goes around all the hotels to pick up people.

The ony negative thing is, like everything in Disney, buying anything is a little expensive, like food and drinks in the hotel but the resort is close and there is a good choice of restaurants t slightly better prices

I'm not sure if they have firework displays all year around, but i do know that they have the electric light parade amongst other parades (try to go to both parks as they are both totally amazing! The hotels actually linked with Disney are quite expensive so try to get one just outside of it like the Tulip Hotel which is one or two stops on the Metro from Disney and is a brilliant hotel & is also not too expensive. I went to Davy Crocketts Ranch, that was fun, but sometimes its better to get nearer to Disney itself, its so much easier to get a shuttle bus in than drive in, there are lots just outside and the busses are every ten- fifteen mins, just look at them all and weigh it up. Have a great time, Im sure you will all love it!

Stay in the themed chalets in the complex.They are inexpensive and add to the experience.Not sure about the fireworks.

do not stay at the santa fe the food was horrid and the other guests there were so rude, a friend of mine stayed at the davy crockett ranch and said it was good
