Often after I've exercised (jump rope etc.) my muscles feel shaky. What could be the cause of this??

You muscels have become very sensitive due to exercise. You should get it massaged with olive oil to get some vitality in the muscels. Good Luck.

A surge of adrenalin... its what gives you strength and when you don't expend all that your glands dumped into your system, it makes you feel shaky. Its like when you're totally and instantly terrified... but just a few minutes, you discover that you are safe.... then you start to shake. The adrenalin in your system is not all used up.

You are straining you muscles more than they can withstand and hence after you finish your exercise the muscles are trying to go back to their normal position which results in shaking .

Tired muscles. Fatigued muscles use up their energy sources and fill with lactic acid which is a byproduct of muscle metabolism. That's what causes the sensation.
