is sushi healthy for you? is it high in fat?

I have been on a sushi kick lately. I just started eating it and I love it. I just don't know anything about it. I have looked on-line and have had minimal success.

I'm not sure if it's high in fat, but sushi is definitely healthy for you because it contains omega-9, a totally healthy oil that you would want in your diet. Sushi is raw fish, so there.

Sushi is basically boiled white rice with (usually) a butter to hold it together. Rolled in is usually vegetables and fruits. Usually topped off with a fish common to the area, tied on with a piece of boiled seaweed. There is also sushi that had rice wraped in boiled seaweed.

it's healthy for you cuz it's fish, n uncooked. it's not high in fat cuz fish got many protein.
