Is it possible to use a function similiar to AutoCorrect to automatically format a certain word into a given Font, Style and colour

(e.g. every time I write "SharePoint" it will apply the Arial Font make "Share" bold and black and "Point" Italic and Blue - regardless of the font throughout the rest of the document .)

I would prefer for this to happen automatically as I type - but would be happy to use some sort of macro at the end (I don't know how to write macros though!)

I use the following versions: MS Office Word 2003 and MS Office Outlook 2003.

Thanks for your help (Let me know if you need any more information)

When you use a RichText Editor it automatically does that. Check out a few Javascript based ones at http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex16/richtexteditor/index.htm
