well i've seen a video taken in a nude beach in Brazil. Maybe they'd allow pictures too... best if u ask the mgt. to get yourself out from trouble.

Depends on the rules of the nude beach. You may have to ask permission of all of the people that will be in the pic, it may be prohibited, etc.

No. Never without permisson.If you take pictures without permission than as far as I'm concerned they have every right to break your camera.
