i mean, if im gonna crash... im gonna crash for good... i hate the flight attendant, checking the seat belts! LOL

It is not just used in case of crashing, it is used in case there is turbulence strong enough to throw you off your seat...hopefully you will never need it but you should use it and the flight attendants are just doing their job to keep you safe.

they are mostly there for when the plane takes off or lands,
why do you think the flight attendents make you remain seating during these times.

The seat belts are absolutely needed, believe me if you have ever experienced some bad turbulence you would be very happy to have your seat belt fastened and secured.

no they are needed... If you hit a pocket of air... downdraft... the plane can go down hundreds of feet at once. To the user below... I'm not stupid, I'm a pilot.
