i need some advoice on how to get a loan to pay off some debt - credit card an other bills?my credit score is 613, that is about fair but i need to get about $4500. to pay off some small bills where can i go to get a loan or to consolidate all my bills?( not my bank i already have a car loan with my bank)

You can try to get a new credit card with little interest for transferred balances and just have one credit card payment. There are many offers now for credit cards with as little as 0% for a year or so...keep your eye on the mailbox, you should be receiving some in the mail...I know I do, and I did take advantage of the opportunity to consolidate my bills that way.
