Yes, because those fake items you are selling have breached copyright laws or intellectual property laws or patents etc. So, having, buying or selling fake items is essentially breaking intellectual property laws. If caught, the fines are hefty esp. if it's the item is a copycat of a large corp. or famous brand. The owners of the intellectual property have enough cash to hire the best lawyers to come after you. Be careful and always do the right thing and conduct your business with integrity.
