Very popular in Malaysia, 'Air Batu Campur', or just 'ABC', is also known as 'Ais Kacang'.
'Ais' is the Malay spelling of the English word 'Ice'.
It is a cold dessert dish made with sweet corn, red beans and cincau (grass jelly), topped with shaved ice, colourful syrups and condensed milk.
