Well you will have to learn all over again how to sleep without them. Taking them only makes you more depended on them, and then when you are off of them , they leave you with a worse sleeping problem then you had before. So learn to relax at night, and just kind of kick back, watch a funny movie, or play a game of cards, or just lay there and read a little bit. Get into a new way, help your mind to relax, and it will do the rest for you, so try it, and keep seeing your doctor, he may be able to help you out, in ways to get to sleep .

I usually try to find a way to tire myself out. Some nights I move stuff and do a thorough cleaning of anything just to try to make myself tired enough to sleep.
I suffer from bipolar disorder as well and in the manic states, as well as the fact that I suffer from insomnia, there are some times when I can't sleep for nearly a week. I used to go for a walk and go to a park and swing for hours. Sometimes relaxing puts me to sleep.

Some people are helped by a glass of hot milk or some hot cocoa before bedtime. You need to talk more with your doctor about this. If you have true insomnia it can make the bipolar symptoms worse.

hi! I had a c-section approximately 4 week in the past and have been breastfeeding. My little guy replaced into additionally rushed to the NICU as a results of respiratory issues, sluggish heartbeat, meconium, and so on... He replaced into born at 6:55pm and that i did no longer get a wager to purpose nursing till after 5am. He additionally has taken bottles (commencing one week after start) and loves the pacifier. he's been nursing splendidly. The nursing team on the hospital the place I introduced supplemented him with formulation by way of an eye fixed dropper till i replaced into in a position to nurse (they woke me up at 5am) day after today we began giving him a pacifier - which he nonetheless can no longer stay devoid of. returned, the nursing team talked to us till now giving it to him - he loves sucking and it facilitates calm him. My milk additionally did no longer are available for 5 days - so he have been given jaundiced. returned, we used 20cc formulation by way of an eye fixed-dropper to verify that he replaced into staying hydrated. i replaced into interior the hospital for 4 days, so we purely did this at abode for a million day. in view that your c-section is planned, permit the nursing team understand which you do no longer opt to apply a pacifier and to feed him with the dropper... this type you could evade any obtainable nipple confusion. SO - i do no longer think of that the c-section/bottle/pacifier is thoroughly responsible on your son's concern. It probable did no longer help the reason, yet some infants purely have a harder time latching on than others. with any luck this toddler will nurse certainly! My guy has had no issues feeding and has been gaining an excellent sort of weight -- breastfeeding, with a pacifier and 2-3 bottles/week. good success!
