Water does not make you lose weight it ...It flushes your body of fat cells,it is very good for you in hundreds of ways,if you feel bloated its only a feeling ,water goes through your body the more you drink and the more you pee it out the more fat cells comes with it..Don,t stop drinking water,it will flush out your body of impurities too.....

Im not exactly sure it helps you lose weight. Its more like it prevents you from eating. After drainking a fair bit of water, you feel full, preventing you from wanting to eat too much. If you really did want to lose weight, try doing some sports like tennis or just go jogging.

Drinking water shouldn't make you bloated.... unless you are eating salty food which will retain water. Try cutting down salty stuff and see if it helps.
