Mandurah has come a long way from being an out of the way holiday destination. It is still a holiday town but has grown tremendously. It has quite a number of businesses flourishing out at the the Industrial Complex.

It would depend on what business you were offering to the community as to whether it would be successful. The town is very well established. I would suggest you contact a real Estate agent and find out what businesses are for sale and see if any appeal to you interest or match your skills.

Not knowing what your abilities or finances are it would make it difficult for anyone to offer any constructive answers to your question.
