I can't believe so many people would tell you you're right just to get the points! Your answers were not correct... and the word "hube" doesn't even exist in Spanish! Check www.rae.es if you need proof. Before you can conjugate a word, it needs to be a verb (you can't conjugate duda, but you can conjugate dudar).
When you look up a word on this site, you can click on the blue square and it will give you ALL the conjugations for that word. Use it in the future and good luck! I would give you the answers but I don't know whether you're looking for pretérito (dudaba), pretérito imperfecto (dudara) or pretérito perfecto (dudé)

I hope this is of help to you. I think what you are looking for is preterito anterior. It is actually more complicated than just one answer as well. I give all six for duda. There are blanks I can not remember. And cantor I think is a typo for cantar (to sing).

hube dudado, hubimos dudado
hubiste dudado, hubisteis dudado
hubodudado, hubieron dudado

hube cantado (cantar, not cantor)
hube pasado

hube llenado
