If you don't go to sleep until 6 am, and you get up at around 8 pm, stay up until 8 or 10 pm the next day. Go to sleep and wake up around 6 am the next day. Ta dah! You woke up early. now your sleeping schedule is set to early. Just remember not to take any naps during the day and to maintain a regular time of when you go to sleep and wake up.

Just keep going when 6 am rolls around and stay up for that day, then go to bed at a "normal" time and set your alarm for a reasonable timethe next morning.
Maintain a somewhat regular schedule (ie. get up at 7:30ish, go to bed at 11) after that for at least a week. I know that I need a reason to get up, so you may want to schedule something to do in the morning, it doesn't have to be early but it should be something that you're willing to get out of bed for.

That's how I am. I believe we both need to start going to bed earlier. If you're having trouble going to sleep there are lots of OTC sleep aids available. When I am trying to go to bed early I usually watch some movies or read until I start getting drowsy.

I have your problem as well. Let me know when you get an answer. Well I guess you could go to bed one hour earlier each night until you get into good sleeping pattern.
