Keep talking about the 10 commandments as if it is a thing that Jesus brought, yes they know it is Moses but they don't want to relate to the fact he was a Hebrew, and so was Jesus, but Jesus was also a Jewish Rabbi, and taught Judaism in a reformed way, he never changed the name mankind did because they wanted to differentiate with the Jews that denied him, however that does not change the facts. And the name Christian is a modified work that is all. It makes no sense for Christians and Jews have any differences. Please don't answer with the Jews denial thing, that is boring. Christians wanted to feel superior and felt more to be the chosen ones so they are even there. I just want to know in general why the churches don't preach more about the Hebrew when they refer to the 10 commandments and they read about Genesis? why they rewrote and separated the bible is ridiculous as well. That just gives the real people in denial the opportunity to destroy us and our religions. Atheists?

Jesus is not G-D he is the son of G-D he was gifted and given a mission to do here for us he gave his only begotten son. Clearly he is not G-D and he said so as well, " Pray unto my father and not unto me"

You want to know why more churches don't preach more about the Hebrews? You wont like the answer. And trust me, I know. I was a Christian for 18 years and 3 years ago I went back to my Hebrew roots and became a Messianic Jew. The reason why is most Christians don't care. For one, they don't believe they have to follow all the commandments, including the fourth, Saturday Sabbath. They don't rest from their labors and stop spending money on that day (or Sunday for that matter). They believe that Jesus died so we don't have to obey all of the commandments. But He didn't, he died so we don't have to pay the punishment of not following the commandments. We still have to follow them. Secondly, preaching this type of message would not make the members of the church very happy. It would not boost the number of seats being filled. And it would not bring in any profit. They would lose money. Churches are businesses. They worry about getting paid, and if that means telling the people only what they like to hear and not the truth, so be it. Third, If Christianity would look at itself as a part of Israel (isn't that what Paul said we are in the book of Romans?) then everyone would see how hypocritical the church doctrine really is and frankly, it would in fact destroy the church.

The person you have to blame is Roman Emperor Constantine. He was the one that forced all Christians (including Jews) to change the Saturday sabbath to Sunday because he was a sun worshiper. He brought in all the pagan crap that is in the christian church including Christmas and Easter.

I tried having a civilized conversation with my old pastor about this stuff. And you know what he did? He asked me to leave the church and not come back. This is a very touchy subject for Christians.

First off, the term Christian was originally meant to be demeaning, kind of like the song yankee doodle (from English to Americans). Secondly, the ten commandments did come from Jesus because Jesus is God and the 10 came from God. I'm not sure what you mean about churches not preaching abou the Hebrew when referring to the 10 Commandments or Genesis except that perhaps the training of the preacher in that Language wasn't as sufficient as perhaps it should have been.

You obviously have no idea who Jesus is, or what the differences are between Christians and Jews.

The old laws and the temple services were temporary and ineffective, and never had the power to save anyone.

Jesus was the only person in history who ever perfectly kept the old laws.

Once he accomplished that, he replaced them with the new covenant, and his universal church.

Anyone who knows how to read scripture can see this clearly stated in over twenty different passages, spanning both the old and new testaments of the bible.

And nobody intentionally separated the old from the new.

The new testament was simply written later, and it described a new and better covenant, that was in no way dependent upon any of the old laws or practices, but on Jesus Christ himself, who IS both true God and true man.

It's time you came to the knowledge of the truth!
