"Can you?" Yes.

"Should you?" Probably not, in that you are "allowed" if your doctor permits it, and you are risking your ocular health if your doctor says you shouldn't.

Some manufacturers have admitted to selling the same lens in different wearing modes-- daily-wear frequent-replacement, continuous wear for one week (then disposed), or other schedules. These are different because the cleaning regimen changes with the wearing schedule.

In the case of single-use disposable, the lenses are often made so thin that the potential for lens damage is high upon removal or a proper rub cleaning. So, these lenses are really not recommended for wearing again, and it's most likely that your doctor wouldn't approve.

It's been my experience that you can wear contacts pretty safely for 1.5x the # of days perscribed. Meaning you could get the kind that say to change every month and wear them for a month and a half (taking them out at night of course) and in your case I think you'd be safe up to a day and a half, so it really doesn't help you much I guess, since most people wouldn't want to put in fresh contacts in the middle of the day, but if you ever sleep over someplace and can't get to your contacts, you should have enough time to get new ones.
