im having a hard time letting go of my ex bf...why? i dont want to like him anymore but i think about him all the time and he pops up all over the place what can i do?

im blaming myself for what happened and i know i shouldnt but even though i dont want to like him i know i still do no matter how much i tell myself no it always finds me again and slaps me in the face...im done being sad but it just wont go away...

oh my gosh! i am in this same boat... it's been so hard girl, i feel your pain. I've actually been trying to let go for about a year now, and we have a child together, so that makes it harder. when i take my baby to his daddy's house, it makes me want to be with him again, and we end up getting back together for like A WEEK and then things don't work out again.

anyway, i recently went to lunch with a guy that he HATES, and it pissed him off so bad that he wants nothing to do with me. it makes it a lot easier now because he is mad when i'm usually the only mad one... it will be interesting to read your answers because I need help on this too.. good luck!

Get a hobby go out somewhere new meet new friends. You feel like this because you spent a lot of time with him, now you just got to fill in the time with something new and unrelated to what yous use to do.

I once rented a girlfriend for the month to get over my ex. But that can get pricey and possible could be illegal
