I think its a set back to compete to get opportunities in software companies. Actually I 'm graduated in M.C.A. with 72% score.

I understand your problem my friend. Writing in fluency and Speaking in fluency are entirely different thing.

I'm searching a site for you if there's any.

Meanwhile you can read newspapers loud and record it. Listen it and then judge yourself. Try to join a english speaking circle. At the same time you can try english speaking courses. These courses helps.

EDIT: I've found two sites. The BBC whould be great. I've heard about this somewhere else also. Second one seems childish or very basic

Why not just hang around in Y!A and ask and answer as many questions as you can?

You'll get good practice trying to interpret other people's non-standard English and you'll be able to jusdge if your questions are understood by most posters.

I go to the Italian questions here sometimes and do that there to try to improve my Italian - I was really pleased the first time I got a Best Answer for something I'd written in Italian!

i think the most effective way to improve your English skills is by reading in English with loud voice so that u can hear yourself and get used with the sound of your voice . also find time for learnimg 10 new words each day.

u already seem fluent. how did u manage to do pass if your fluency was bad? go live in england if u want your fluency to improve
or u can google english
