why do boys always tease girls that they like. Its really confusing, why do they need to show that type of attitude, havent they realize that girls ca feel irritated in such way.

They do it because quite frankly we don't have the social skills necessary to let you know we like you. Instead, we tease you, playfully hit you, pull your hair, even insult you. We do these things because if we were honest with you and tell you that we like you two things will happen:
A. Our friends think we are weak
B. We would have to risk rejection
I am assuming that you are school-age, and I remember doing the exact same stuff to girls I liked. If you are NOT getting teased by boys, then worry, because they don't pay any attention to you.

I always liked being teased to a certain extent. When they tease you in a sweet way but stop when you ask, that means they like you. When they are malicious and don't stop when asked, they see you as pretty much a friend and a friend only.
