well, i use to throw my alarm clock, but then i figured a way, i tell my mom to wake me up, but she can't cause i'm too good of a sleeper, so whenever she wants me up, she'd just yell, ur pet hamster's dying! or oh no! you are so late for school! or the police is on the other end of the phone and wants to talk to you about a murder!
then i'd wake up, idk why, but i actually believe in what she says!
foolish me:-(

Somewhere in your subconcious you feel you need to sleep in and your body is responding. Every night before you go to bed you need to program yourself think about the time you want to wake up. This worked for me in highschool, whereas I woke up every morning at 7:00 a.m. on the dot without an alarm clock.

Nowadays, I need an alarm clock and I have to sleep with it next to my head so I can hear it in the morning. I set it an hour earlier so I can snooze for an hour and that works for me.

If you like music you might consider buying a radio/clock alarm. You set it for the time and select the radio to go on at that time. Make sure it is loud and on your favorite station. If that doesn't work then try setting it to your least favorite station.

I know this sounds crazy but it works before you go to bed drink about half a glass of water and believe me you'll wake up in the morning just make sure you don't drink too much water

Ask someone to wake you for about a month, constantly. At the end of it, you should have fallen under a certain routine which can probably help your situation.

You better change your bed position and turn your pillow before going to bed. I hope this will work for you.
