Sounds like a lot of drama. When in doubt, shut up. Just keep your mouth shut. If he asks about what you were doing while he was "away" then say, "I don't kiss and tell" and stick by it. Frankly, a guy who slept with your sister shouldn't be asking questions anyway.
Oh, and you know what? Use condoms with this guy. I don't think you date people who are trustworthy.

Leave it where it lays, it doesnt sound like he is totally innocent. If he finds out explain that it was a long time ago and you didnt tell him because you were hoping to move away from both of your's past's.
