practice does makes u do much better than before. nobody's perfect if u don't practice u aren't goin 2 get any better. if u keep try and try everyday it will makes u perfect.

It's because you are confusing the perfection of a task with the perfection of a person.
A person can be really good at something and still be a bad person. For example, Mike Tyson is a really good boxer, but likes to beat up women. So his practice makes him a perfect boxer (Theoretically, in his prime), but he is not a perfect body or person.
