when someone tickles me, why do i laugh?

but when i try to tickle myself i get nothing, why is this?

When someone you know and love tickles you ,you enjoy it,
if a stranger tickles you it can actually be pain full,
this is kind of natures way of allowing us to bond with each other.
You cant bond with your self so you don't feel anything

because if you tickle with your own hands youe eyes take the message to the brain and the brain already knows that something is gonna tickle you but when somebody else tickles you you do not know already and you respond to it!!

it happens to everybody!!

maybe becuase you think that its funny when someone ticklces you and when u tickle yourself u think it won't be ticklish so you don't laugh.

It's due to your funny bone - or "humerus". When you do it to yourself, it's not funny cos you're doing it to yourself (& you should never laugh at your own jokes!), but when someone else does it, it's a reaction to something unexpected.

because your body is used to your touch. but when someone els's foreign touch touches you you feel it more than you would if you were touching yourself ex.(your legs are criss crossed and one of your fingers is touching your foot. unless your finger is at a strange body temperature, you probobly wont notice, but if someone else's finger touches your foot and and you didnt see it, you'll notice it right away.)
